Theme options -> Server Error 500 Internal Server Error

When I call up the theme options, I always get Server Error 500 Internal Server Error. Everything else works. I have already re-uploaded the BeTheme files. The error occurs with PHP 8.3 and 8.4.

PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB

PHP time limit: 180

PHP max input vars: 5000

BeTheme: 28.1.13
