Trouble updating pages in Builder with new update

Updated to BeTheme 28.2. When I go to a PAGE on my website and click "edit page," the following screen does one of two things. One, it does not show any of my content - result=cannot edit page. Two, it shows the page content in the builder section, but when I click pencil icon to edit content, it takes me back to the top of the page each time - result=cannot edit page.

I already went through all my plugins (turning off/testing, then back on after test failed). I can edit content in the top section of any PAGE or POST, just not anything in the builder section which is where all my page content lives.

Any suggestions how to fix this?
