Single product page

Hello,

we are experiencing an issue with the Single Product page in BeTheme and would appreciate your assistance.

Website is using:

  • BeTheme (latest version)
  • WooCommerce (latest version)
  • Variable products with color variations
  • A variation image swatches plugin (standard WooCommerce-compatible plugin)

Expected behaviour

On single product pages, we need:

  • image-based variation swatches (color images)
  • clicking a swatch should select the variation
  • main product image should change according to the selected variation
  • brand taxonomy/meta should be visible on the single product page

This setup works correctly on default WooCommerce themes.

Actual problem

  • Variation image swatches do not render or do not work correctly
  • Clicking a variation does not change the main product image
  • Product brands do not appear on the single product page
  • WooCommerce variation functionality works in admin and on other themes

What we already tested

  • Disabled BeTheme Custom Variation Swatches
  • Verified attributes are global and marked “Used for variations”
  • Each variation has its own image assigned
  • Verified WooCommerce default gallery works
  • Removed the BeTheme Single Product template completely (deleted, not just disabled)
  • Cleared all caches
  • Confirmed the template still visually persists even after deletion

This leads us to believe that:

  • BeTheme is still forcing a custom Single Product layout or override
  • or there is a theme-level or child-theme-level WooCommerce template override
  • or BeTheme is not fully reverting to the default WooCommerce single product layout after template removal

Question

  1. How can we force BeTheme to fully revert to the default WooCommerce single product layout?
  2. Is there a known issue where deleted Single Product templates still override WooCommerce output?
  3. Are there any required BeTheme elements/hooks that must be present for WooCommerce variation swatches and variation image switching to work correctly?

We need a solution that allows standard WooCommerce variation hooks to work without interference, as required for a furniture webshop with image-based color variations.

Thank you in advance for your help.
