Change cart and account icon colour.

I have changed the icon colour for the cart and account icons but the colour of the icons is not changing.

Cache cleared and attempted several times.

Hi,
The color is not changing because this icon is an image:

You would have to remove it, and choose a regular icon, or upload an image with the desired color.
