Change login button colour & login field colour?

I am looking to change the colours of the part that say "Log In" & the "enter email here" & "enter password here" parts of this theme.

Pretty much, I need the button text to be the blue like the "lost your password?" text colour.

As well as being able to change the boxes text colour to something like a dark grey.

I've completely customized BeTheme in its colour pallete section on the Wordpress dashboard to have everything for my theme, I just can't change these two.

I've figured out that the field text is linked to the main text colour in content, problem is. With your own dark theme provided, It makes the text just match the box colour & I can't find anyway to change that either.

Sorry if this sounds confusing, I forget a lot of the commonly used terms for this stuff.

Form colors are taken from Betheme -> Theme options -> Color -> Forms. Did you adjust it there?

Button styles are from Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Buttons.
