Child Theme corrupted ---> Missing parent theme

Hi, 

I installed the 9.3 version of Be Theme and it's al ok: the theme is working right.

I've installed the child theme also but at the end of installing procedure from backend, a message tell me child theme isn't installed correctly:

"The parent theme is missing.Install parent theme", i repeat, che Be Theme parent is installed and working right!

Can you help me please? :-)

do you use recent WP 4.3 version?

Yes: the site and your theme run on WP 4.3 but i can't activate the child theme.

If you use recent version of WP, then please take a look into Google https://www.google.com/search?q=The+parent+theme+is+missing.Install+parent+theme&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&ei=lHrdVZGKLMPXyQOf1Z64BQ where we found some topics that may help you. There is some necessary information what could be the reason of not working child theme. It's usually happen because of different theme names.
