Disabling prev and next post buttons on post page

Hello there!

I'd like to know if it's possible to disable "prev post" and "next post" buttons in the single post page.

I could hide them via CSS but I'd prefer to use a more stable way, possibly via theme settings but I found nothing about it.

Any suggestion?
