Import mega menus from other templates

Hello, this is the first time i use your theme and i am still learning.

I have installed a pre-built site and i would like to import some mega menus from another pre-built sites.

I have seen that i can import single pages and that there are pre-built section, but i can't find a way to import the mega menus.

I need the mega menu to show a couple of products and i would like to study how to do it.
