BeTheme Slider issue: images not visible in Media Library and slides not rendering

Hello BeTheme Support Team,

I need help with creating a standard slider in BeTheme (BeBuilder Elements).

Issue:

When I create slides via Slides → Add New, the images are not displayed properly in the Media Library during selection or upload. It looks like the images are not shown/previewed, so I cannot reliably assign them to the slides.

Additionally:

When I add the Slider element in BeBuilder and select the correct slide category, the slider shows the correct number of dots (e.g. 2 dots for 2 slides), but the slide images themselves are not rendered or loaded on the page.

So the category and slide count are detected, but the images never appear.

Could you please advise what might cause this and how to fix it?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
