TOC on shop page issue

I have built my shop page template and added a TOC.

In the builder it displays correctly, but not on the live page: https://rabbitcare.uk/shop-all-products/

Additionally, Rank Math believes the page only has 9 words.

I've checked that 'show content' is on.

Also. TOC's on other pages work correctly.
