Need 3 things concerning toggle

Hello,

Can I please have 2 things concerning the toggle on this page:

Make the toggle centered on the page. I changed all of the settings to center it, but it didn't do anything.
Put the down arrow on the right of the text: Join the Production of Apparition, etc. I couldn't find the setting for this.
