Hide elements with no ACF (advanced custom fields) content

Hi There,

I am working on this website:

Password: 99-Jahre-Strom

And I want the Icons at the bottom of the team-member display, that I built using the Portfolio and ACF (advanced custom fields) to only show, if they have ACF fields have content.

Meaning, for example only show the phone Icon, if a phone number is filled in the ACF field "kontakt_telefon_link".

Is that possible?
