Headers are not showing different sizes

I’m seeing this a lot: even though the headers are set to different sizes - H1 - H6 - from big to small, on the mobile version of some of the pages, the text is practically all one size. Case in point, these pages: https://apparitionmovie.com/music/.

On this page as well: https://apparitionmovie.com/videographer-and-photographer-christopher-schonert/

Notice on that page that the text, “Documenting the story I grew up with,” is the same size as the text below it: “What was your first impression when you watched the movie trailer to Apparition and learned what the movie is about?” even though they’re set to be different.
