I installed the demo theme but I can't change anything

I installed the demo theme but I can't change anything. I get the message shown in the attachment.

Why is that? Shouldn't it be easy and intuitive?

I am waiting for immediate support to resolve this issue. I have also already had the server set up with all the parameters required for your theme to work correctly.
