Revolution Slider doesn't seem to install

I have installed BeTheme, and one of the templated themes from it. It shows all the plugins activated but i cannot do anything with them, as well as revolution slider does not show up in my WP side panel. I cannot find any way to manually install it. And from within the page editor i cannot do anything with the revolution sider tab.

I have tried multiple times to install a page, and to install just the revolution slider plugin from the installer.
