Hello BeTheme Support Team,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been trying to get our Realtor Portal to work properly on our subdomain, but it’s still not functioning correctly for non-admin users.
Website / Portal
- URL: portal.karisrealtors.com
- Theme: BeTheme (Muffin Builder)
- Portal setup: Custom portal pages/shortcodes + role-based access setup
- Plugins involved (key ones): Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), CPT-related plugin(s), Frontend Admin (frontend forms), Code Snippets (custom PHP)
Issue Summary
At the moment, all users can log in, but the portal only works properly for the Administrator account. Other roles can log in successfully, but they cannot reliably use the portal (some pages don’t load correctly, access/redirects behave unexpectedly, and in some cases it loops).
Main Problems
- Portal works for Admin only
- Administrator can access dashboard and portal pages normally.
- Other roles (e.g., realtor / portal_manager) can log in, but the portal does not function correctly (features/pages either don’t load properly, redirect unexpectedly, or deny access).
- I have already enabled capabilities/permissions for these roles, but the issue remains.
- Logout redirect issue
- When a user signs out, the expected behavior is to land on the portal homepage (or a specific public page).
- Instead, logout redirects to another location unexpectedly, and sometimes triggers redirect/loop behavior.
- Redirect loops / looping issues
- Some portal routes trigger repeated redirects (looping), especially for non-admin roles.
- This impacts usability and makes it difficult for realtors/managers to navigate portal pages.
What I’ve Tried
- Confirmed role capabilities and ensured the relevant pages are accessible to those roles.
- Checked that the correct portal shortcodes/pages are being used.
- Disabled/enabled certain snippets and plugins while testing, but the issue persists.
- Reinstalled/returned to the original BeTheme version (no nulled/custom theme files).

Could you please help me confirm if there is anything in BeTheme (theme options, header/login settings, membership/role checks, caching/minification, or template restrictions) that could cause:
- role-based access to behave differently for Admin vs other roles,
- unexpected logout redirects,
- redirect loops on portal pages?

From the plugins you mentioned at the beginning, we support ACF only. Did you try disabling all unsupported plugins to see if the problem persists?
