Hi I porting a site from WIX to WP.

https://heidi3864.wixsite.com/zollner-architects/commercial-hospitality if you hover over a picture it give you a link to that page, how do i achive this in be builder. Any help will be appreciated. Mine does not do that or i cant find where to do that?
