How to make this type of gallery

Hi How do I make a gallery like this I had on my old website.

Where I can define the width of the gallery and have 2 or 3 next to each other depending if they are horizontal or vertical and images

I can see you have something like this in:

unfortunatly import function is not working for me? So can you guide me on how to make this type of gallery.

And also is it possible to have different images depending on screen size or is there a better way to make the gallery fast load when images are big?

This is a Masonry-style layout for a portfolio. When you create a portfolio, you can set this type of layout in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Portfolio:

If your images will be be and want to load quickly on all devices, I suggest enabling Srcset option in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Featured image:
