API server connection failed - Cannot register theme license

Hello,

I recently updated Betheme to version 28.3.1 but the API 

server connection shows as failed and I cannot register 

my license.

My hosting provider already disabled ModSecurity and 

whitelisted outbound connections, but the issue persists.

Details:

- WordPress: 6.9.4

- Betheme: 28.3.1

- PHP: 7.4.33

- Hosting: Shared hosting (Jupiter/cPanel)

Could you please provide the exact IP addresses or URLs 

that need to be whitelisted on the server firewall to 

allow the API connection?
