I have blurred thumbnails

I have blurred thumbnails here: http://www.soapmarine.com/flores/image-gallery/
I have used Regenerate thumbnails, than I regenerated them all in Tools>Force regenerate thumbnails and nothing.
In Media it is set as : http://imgur.com/wwL55oM
Can you please advice?
