Sticky does not work and popup template not connecting to button click.

Hi, I enabled sticky on a wrapper, but it is not working on the live website. However, it appears to be sticky when I am in the BeTheme page builder.

I am also trying to activate a popup template I created when I click a button. However, when I click on it, I get a error that says "We cannot find the popup with the ID." I made sure to copy and paste the popup ID into the Popup ID field.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing how you set up your sticky wrap and button for a popup.

I also attached another screenshot of how I set up a button to one of my pop-up templates using its id.
