Website homepage completely out of whack!

I put together the entire website without any hitch - it was running smoothly, nothing to report.

Out of the blue, the home page has gone out of whack (if I view it from a "logged-out" environment), but appears fine when I am logged in.

Attaching the screenshots showing the difference to explain better. HELP!

Edit: solved it via a CSS error, saving the page helped. Closed.
