Saving functionality in Betheme->Theme Options->Any does not save

Hi, when i try to save in the betheme menu for any function whether id custom css or changing a colour, it gives me "there has been an error"

but when i'm on a page and I save, it works fine.


Any ideas as to how to fix it?
