Can not download all files & documentation

I have now purchased the theme via Envato Market with 12 months of support.

1. “I’m unable to download all files and documentation — only the PDF file. Therefore, I can’t upload the ZIP file to WordPress. When I click on ‘Download all files and documentation,’ I’m redirected to an external page that only shows some HTML and nothing else.”

2. “I also purchased the 12-month support via Envato Market, but when I try to contact the support team, it asks me to purchase support again. Why is that

1) Are you downloading it as shown here?:

https://support.muffingroup.com/documentation/installation-updates/

If yes, and it does not work for you, please contact Envato support, as they are responsible for that.

2) Can you attach a screenshot showing what you refer to, please?
