I’m currently rebuilding the website. I’m using BeRestaurant5 as a template. All posts and publications by the website operator have a white wavy line at the bottom. As can be seen in the image below on the bottom right, with the red border.

I want the white wavy border to slide across the start slider as I scroll. I’ve already added the border as a graphic, but in the left-hand BeBuilder, the ‘move up’ option seems to be missing, so it doesn’t slide upwards. Which settings do I need to adjust?
