Insert Button for Images in Media Gallery since Wordpress Update not visable

The Insert Button for Images in Media Gallery is not visabale in all my cient websites since the newest Wordpress Update. On new Websites and also in older ones. Do you know, how to fix this?

Yes on all Themes, but there is no change and the button non visable.
Its all white. If I mark the place where the button is, its there, its like a color problem of button color. But on all my Websites with BeTheme and only since the Update of Wordpress.
