Menu Transparent or above the page
How can I make the menu transparent or fade in on top of the page (which will be a landing page) and after scrolling I'd like the menu to appear with a background color, maybe white, so it doesn't disappear, like a fade-out to fade-in, something like that. I hope I've explained myself clearly. Anyway, I'm sharing images of how it was before and how I'd like it to be now (I'm trying to replicate the previous site because that's what my client requested). Thank you very much!
