Hi,
how can I change the font size (H2> H3) the title of the post?

Hi,
to change font size of H2 tag for posts, please use below css:
.post-title h2 a { font-size: 20px !important; }

ok for the css, but is it possible to replace the H2 by H3?

In the theme files only. This can not be done with css. But please notice that we do not offer any files modifications, so if you want to modify them, you must do this on your own.
