BeBuilder 404 problem for a new post

BeBuilder fails to open for a new unsaved post, but works after saving draft. I am experiencing an issue with BeTheme / BeBuilder on a WordPress + WooCommerce + WPML website.

The problem occurs when I try to create a new post. In this situation, BeBuilder does not load correctly and the browser console shows several errors.

However, if I first enter a title, save the post as a draft, refresh the editor, and then open BeBuilder, everything works correctly. Existing posts and pages also open in BeBuilder without any problems.

How can I fix it?
