Can't log into my account

I have just renewed my license for:
- License: 3+1 Websites
- Billing period: July 13, 2026 – July 13, 2027
- Invoice reference: XXXXX-10080
However, I am unable to log in to my account.
Could you please check whether my account is active and help me regain access?

Just to be clear. Did you try logging in here: https://my.muffingroup.com/, right?
Did you try using the "Forgot your password" option?
