Cannot deregister old license and register new purchase code

Hello,

I am the owner of [Links visible only for registered users].

I have purchased a new Betheme license on my own Envato account because I no longer have access to the previous developer's Envato account.

The theme is still registered with the old purchase code.

When I click Deregister Theme, nothing happens. The old registration remains active and I cannot register my new purchase code.

Could you please remove the old registration from my domain or tell me how to activate my new purchase code?

I can provide my new Purchase Code if needed.
