Betheme Registration Code Was Registered But Now Has Unregistered Itself

I bought Betheme through ThemeForest which I have done many times. I registered the theme using the key which was fine for about a week, but then I noticed things not working as they should, then I noticed that the key had deregistered on it's own! So I went back to themeforest to copy the key again but when I tried to register it says I cant use it as it is already used on the site! Can anyone help?
