Any way to have a full width background image behind logo?

Hi,

Just wondering if there is any way to have a FULL WIDTH background image behind the logo. I don't want a solid color, but that is the only option that I can change. There is solid white around all sides of my banner, which I do not want there at all. Would like to just have a full width background image behind my logo on each page. 

I have the full-width layout enabled, not the boxed layout.
