Beauty 6 pre-built website import stuck on "importing content" (BeTheme)

Hello,

I recently purchased BeTheme and installed it on a fresh WordPress site, but I am unable to import a pre-built website.

The issue:

I am trying to import the Beauty 6 Website Template. The importer starts normally, but it has been stuck on the "importing content" step for over an hour with no progress and no visible error message.

What I have already done:

- Installed and activated the latest version of BeTheme on a clean WordPress installation

- Installed all plugins recommended/required by the theme before starting the import

- Selected BeBuilder as the page builder during the setup wizard

- Performed a full WordPress reset and repeated the whole process several times, always with the same result

Could you tell me what is causing the import to hang at this stage, and what server settings or steps I should check? Test site: [Links visible only for registered users]
