Pre-Built Website burger3 wrap alignment problem

I have a problem with elements alignment as you can see here [Links visible only for registered users]. If i duplicate the wrap then i can't align it anymore, it doesn't works and if you check the css you will find a lot of duplicate style file.

How can i solve it?
