Zoom boxes all the same size and overlay centered

Can you help me?  I'm trying to get my zoom boxes to look like the ones here http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/boxes-infographics/

I want them all the same size and the overlay words centered on the image.

The boxes don't appear the same size.  THey are adjusting to the size of the pictures

Boxes always appear the same size as pictures inside as you wrote above. If you want all boxes to be the same size, please upload all images with the same size.
