Hello, we recently purchased an unlimited license. Why can't I post in the forum? I need help with a problem. Why isn't the forum working for us anymore? I thought premium support was included?


I tried logging in with our account, but I get the following message: “Your subscription is inactive. You can browse the forum, but posting and creating new discussions are disabled.”
