Creating Galleries under several tabs

Hi,

I have galleries of a dozen events and want to organize them such that they are displayed in media grid format with lazy load and are under tabs with different categories.
Example:

                                        Tab A                                                          Tab B                             Tab C
                  Subcategory 1     Subcategory 2                   Subcategory 3...
                  Photogroup I...

I'm currently using Parallax theme.
