Header pre-loader colour

Hi, is there anyway to change the colour of the preloader? As you can see when you go on my website on any of the pages you will see a dark blue where the slider or header image should be before they load.

I'd like to change this colour to white if possible, or simply remove it?

this is Header Background color which can be changed under Theme options > Colors > Header section.

The strange thing is, that if I change the Theme Skin colour; I get a different background colour in the header.

Ok. So if somehow your color panel does not work, you must use below css because we have no idea what you did wrong.

#Header_wrapper { background-color: #FFF !important; }

Not sure what I've done either. I used very little css too, and none if it is changing colours.
