Hiding Portfolio title, author, category and social share icons at top of portfolio item page?

Hi,

For the portfolio items on my website, I want to hide the duplicate title, author, category and social sharing icons. Instead, I want the image to be at the top of the page under the main title. See screenshots below;

FYI - I'm editing my portfolio items using the "Portfolio Item Options" section.... pls help! Thanks

.single-portfolio .post-header { display: none !important; }
