RevSlider Admin Issue

Hello, our site is running BeTheme 9.2 with WP 4.3 and RevSlider 5.0.5. 
Some control buttons like "Change slide background" are missing.
"Add new slide" is also unresponsive and the existing slides cannot be edited at all.
All other plugins were deactivated to test if there is a conflict and this had no effect.
The sliders on the front end do still display and transition properly; please advise.

    Hi,

    did you tried to switch to default WP theme? If not, then please switch to default theme because we are pretty sure it's not because of theme. If some slider options does not work, it means the conflict is between some plugins or it's because of slider's corrupted files.

    Thank you for responding.

    Yes, after activating Twenty Thirteen theme and checking RevSlider in admin, the missing buttons and other features became immediately available.
    This was repeated twice.
    No plugins were deactivated; only a temporary change of theme was made.

    Here's the difference:

    We have checked this section on our demo side and everythnig works fine. It does not look like on your screenshot. We recommend to remove all betheme files and upload them once again via FTP.

    Hello,
    BeTheme version 9.2 is now been replaced with 9.4.
    The result is the same as above - RevSliders cannot be edited or new slides added.
