What would be causing this weird formatting issue?

I'm using the most recent version of BeTheme with updated version of WP.

I'm putting together content in two columns using Muffin composer thing.

I'm getting this funny formatting 

  

Even in footer of the site

If I hit refresh it sometimes fixes the issue , and refresh again causes the issue.   Seems to be just chrome

It seems to only happen when I'm logged in and viewing the site with the WP bar at the top of the site.

When logged out everything is ok.

Because we do not have your log-in details we don't know what could be the reason. But when you are logged in, you should open site in Firefox HTML mode (CTRL+U) and look for an errors in the code.
