if you want to change font for blockquote, at first font must be uploaded or selected in Theme options > Fonts > Font family section and then you can use below custom css:
If you want to use Google Font, then font must be selected in Theme options > Fonts > Font family section for one of the sections and then you can use it.
Ok we forgot that included custom font must be also selected for one of the fonts. So in this case uploaded custom font won`t work. But we got other solution instead. At the beginning of Custom CSS section, please use below css as well:
