Revolution slider not compatible

Hi

I was having problems with the responsiveness of revolution slider. I contact the developers and they have advised me that its not compatible with your theme. My question is, 

Why include a plugin that's not compatible as I wasted time creating sliders and messing around only to find it wasn't anything i was doing but it was the theme that was the problem.

Would be better to not include it rather than have people waste their time.

    we already spoke with ThemePunch already and they do not remember anything like this. So please give us more details about your problem so we can have a look on it closer.

    P.S. We include this plugin because it works fine with our theme. You are first of over 16000 users who said something like that so the problem must be out of the theme.

    It was the developers of revolution slider that said it not myself.

    I can let you log into my account with them and you will be able to see their response.


    I see there has been updates to it so i will try the updates, thats the slider I normally use but I have used the layer slider due to the issue and it works great :)
