Hi

Trying to display a complete list of blog-posts, but even though I've changed the numbers in op tions til f.ex. 8 only 2 er shown. Why ?

And how do I remove the social-icons on the posts ?

As we see, this is not a blog page. You created it wrong way. Blog page should be empty (not content inside) and only posts should be set under Settings > Reading section. We recommend to have a look into documentation where we explained this.

Ok, works now, but still not getting the how to add a thumbnail to the list of post ?

And how to remove the social icons ?

To add featured image, while you create/edit post, on the right hand side you have "Featured image" option and that's the place where you should upload image. But to remove Share box, please go to Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.
