migrating betheme from subdomain to real domain

Hi, 

we have some weird issues after migrating a Betheme installation from a subdomain to the real domain. We replaced all instances of the subdomain URLs using a searchreplace tool that keeps serialized data intact. Usually, this works like a charm. 

In this case, however, some URLs in shortcode buttons were not changed. Even weirder: a full-text-search does not find any of these URLs in the database. Example: on the website the button contains a link to http://demo.domain.com. 

In the database we can't find "http://demo.domain.com". In the post_metas table we find for this particular button "http://domain.com". How is this possible? No cache plugins installed. Any help would be very appreciated!
