Button text colour

Hi All,

How do I change the text colour for the button in the top right of the menu? It's a white background with white text:

But when I hover my mouse pointer over it the colour changes, which is great:

So all I really need to know is where to set the font colour when the mouse isn't hovering over it.

It's on the IT Service demo home page. I've basically adapted that template as my site. See the first screen shots I posted - that will show you the location. Is that enough info for you?
