Header font and Action bar color
I have specified page heading font size under theme options but its appearing small and the background colour of the action bar is not appearing as specified what is the issue..? i am unable to track it out.

it's because you use pre-defined skin instead of custom. Custom colors works only with custom skin so please change your skin under Theme options > Colors > General section.
