Integration with Ontraport

Hi there, 

I've installed the medic theme on my WordPress site that is hosted and managed by Ontraport (http://sophiaeducate.affcntr.com/). 

I'm running into some issues

1. I can't seem to add a newsletter opt-in form. Ontraport has these forms but they are not loading onto the page and I cannot add them as widgets. 

2. Where is the login form? This seems like a simple thing but I can't find an element or template that includes a login form. 

3. Where are the pricing tables and CTAs? I've seen them in other themes but I'm not able to find them in this theme.

Hi,

1. For our themes we use ContactForm & and MailChimp Plugins. Maybe you forgot to install them and that's why you are unable to create forms?

2. Login form is available as widget under Appearance > Widgets section.

3. Call to action is available as item but tables can be used as html only. You can see them on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3853/adding-a-table-block

Thanks for your help. What if I wanted to create a login form on a page? For example I would like to have two login forms on the same page. It seems I cannot do that with widgets but I'm not sure how to do it since the layout and elements don't include a login form?

This can be done with widgets only because login form exist as widget only.
