As you know, this is a plugin which does not come with our theme. So if something does not work as you expect, you should contact with plugin's author.

Yes, I have done this, they replied that any subject code is overlapping the plugin code. You can confirm this please.

Sorry but we can not confirm this. Our theme does not have any impact on this plugin at all. But plugin overwrite all theme files instead.
